There are no refunds for any product bought, even if it is by accident. Please read  the information carefully, or email us with questions. 

Unlimited Monthly Subscription only applies to self-learn classes not live online classes. 

Classes:

For paid individual classes or packages, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy (if you cannot make it please email us) or you will forfeit the class. If it is a group class, you will receive a video recording and presentation. If it is a one-on-one class, you will forfeit that class, no exceptions. For the free class, if you do not show up and do not email us you forfeit for your free class.
